🗓️ Return & Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of delivery.
📲 How to Request
Simply WhatsApp us on +91 7007682499 with:
• Order number
• Courier label photo
Our team will arrange a doorstep pickup.
💰 Charges & Refunds
• Returns: ₹200 pickup/shipping fee will be deducted
• Exchanges: No additional charges
• Refund is processed within 3 days after we receive the product
Refund will be issued via:
• Original payment method / GPay / PhonePe (as preferred)
👗 Product-wise Policy
• Sarees & other products: Eligible for return or exchange
• Suits: Only eligible for size exchange (no returns)
📌 Return Conditions
To be eligible:
• Item must be unused
• Must be in original packaging
• Request must be raised within 5 days
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Products not in original condition

• Returns are processed only after product inspection
• Items failing quality check may not be accepted
• In rare cases, return requests can be declined if conditions are not met
